Equipment reported stolen from Westhaven Drive home

A Westhaven Drive resident reported equipment valued at $4,600 missing from a utility room, reports stated.

According to Rome police records:

The victim arrived at the residence May 25 and noticed the utility room appeared to have been forcefully opened; the water heater, valued at $600, and the connection wiring had been taken; and an external HVAC unit, valued at $4,000, along with lines had also been taken.

The complainant works for MSC, a contractor for Wells Fargo, and told police Wells Fargo requested that a theft report be made.

There were no suspects at the time of the report.
