Woman arrested on stalking charge

A Silver Creek woman was arrested late Tuesday night on a stalking charge.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Stacey Denise Thurman, 31, of 101 Pleasant Valley Road, was arrested by Floyd County police around midnight. She was charged with felony aggravated stalking under the state’s family violence act.

She remains in jail without bail.
