Rome woman arrested on battery, terroristic threats charges

A Rome woman was jailed early Tuesday and charged with felony terroristic threats, under the family violence act, and a violation of her probation, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Julie Ann Morgan, 27, of 16 Williamsburg Drive is additionally charged with simple battery and cruelty to children under the family violence act.

She remained in jail this morning.
