Rome teen arrested in alleged Shorter campus burglary

A Rome teen remains jailed Wednesday morning after he was booked on a felony burglary warrant, reports stated.

According to warrants from the Floyd County Jail:

Richmond William Booth, 18, of 5 Tiger Lane, was charged with burglary and taken into custody early Wednesday by Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies on a felony warrant.

Booth was alleged to have taken items belonging to two people from a room in a building on the Shorter campus.

Police did not give a total amount of how many items or their worth were taken in the warrant.
