A Rome man was in jail without bail Sunday, on felony possession of marijuana charges, reports stated.

According to Rome police reports:

Sergio Dominguez, 19, of 219 Marshall Lane, was charged with felony possession of marijuana; felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; felony possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a church; and impeding traffic.

Dominguez reportedly was driving a white Honda in the middle of Walters Street on Saturday when police pulled him over for impeding traffic.

After he was given a verbal warning, police searched Dominguez’s car and found multiple bags of marijuana and a scale
