The Polk County Health Department is currently hosting Kindergarten Round Up Week now though April 24. Immunizations and hearing, vision and dental screenings will be provided on a walk-in basis. No appointment is required.
On Monday through Wednesday, these services can be obtained from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. On Thursday, hours will be 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 am and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
