A Rome woman was arrested Sunday on charges that she had pawned an invalid vehicle title, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Stephanie Moon, 22, of 414 Edgewood Ave., falsified an application for replacement vehicle title for a 1995 Nissan Maxima on April 1.

She had obtained money for the vehicle title at Island Title Pawn and then reported the title as being lost or stolen at the Floyd County tag office, which rendered the title invalid.

No bond was set Sunday.
