Liam and his Troop 118 were celebrating the anniversary of the Boy Scouts, which were started in England 100 years ago on Aug.

1, by launching rockets and having an ice cream social. The troop, which currently has 78 boys on its register, meets at 7 p.m. every Monday at the U.S. Marine Corps Armory on Shorter Avenue
