Two Floyd County residents told police Sunday they were robbed at gunpoint at a Rome motel, reports stated.

According to Rome police reports:

Police were flagged down on North Second Avenue just before 3:30 a.m. in reference to the robbery. The victims said they were at the Relax Inn, 1204 Martha Berry Boulevard, when two men, one with a gun, demanded they “give it up,” and took about $500.
