Guitars, drums and even a little banjo will be heard throughout Ridge Ferry Park June 22-24 when bands gather for the North Georgia Music Festival.

According to the event’s Web site, this three-day summer event will provide entertainment for all ages. The amphitheater stage will play host to bands like Sister Hazel and locals Velcro Pygmies and KnecKDown. A total of 25 bands will provide acoustic, Americana, bluegrass and country music while listeners enjoy food, arts and crafts booths and a petting zoo.

Gates open at 6 p.m. June 22 and close at midnight. Saturday and Sunday, visitors can come at 10 a.m.
