According to Floyd County Jail records:
Mark Darrell Gunby, 24, of 49 Wallis Drive, was charged with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass, both in violation of the Family Violence Act.
Gunby threatened the woman’s life during an argument at his residence on Nov. 14 at about 6 p.m.
Bail was not set for Gunby on Monday night.
