Monday's weather: Sunny with a high near 59, showers likely late tonight

It's going to be sunny, warm and windy today with a high near 59 but there is a good chance of late night showers late tonight, according to the National Weather Service.

Wind gusts today could reach as high as 20 mph and there is an 80 percent chance of showers after 3 a.m. tonight with new precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Tonight's low should drop to around 40.
