According to the report:
Joseph Jerome Edmond Jr., 25, of 4309 Randolph Ave., New Orleans, La., damaged the rear window of the victim’s car on Leafmore Street in Rome.
The rock also cracked the paint on the car’s trunk and damaged the left taillight.
The impact resulted in more than $500 worth of damage.
Edmond was charged with felony second-degree criminal damage to property under the Family Violence Act.
He remained in jail Saturday night without bond.
