Tiffany Boatfield, a marketing official with the company said the office would be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday through the tax season.
“We are working to have someone in the office all year round,” Boatfield said. Say if somebody gets audited, they don’t get a letter until weeks after tax season we want to have someone in there to be able to handle that for them, make copies get whatever they need.”
Alex Davis is the owner of the new Liberty store in Rome. The company also has a kiosk at the West Rome Walmart, hired sign wavers and will also hire customer service personnel who will call clients back a couple of days after their tax papers are completed to see how their experience went.
