A Rome man was arrested Thursday after he allegedly had guns that were stolen in his possession, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Brandon Sullins, 20, of 118 Norcross Way, was charged with felony counts of theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after he had three guns between Dec. 28 and 31 that he knew or should have known were stolen.

According to the warrants, Sullins attempted to sell or dispose of the firearms.

He was being held Thursday night on a parole violation.
