A Rome man was in jail Wednesday night after he was allegedly discovered on property that was not his own, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Dakota Ray Brown Jr., 17, of 106 Melody Lane, was charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after entering a workshop at an Old Summerville Road residence.

He remained in jail without bond.
