A Cave Spring woman was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly allowed her husband to return home after filing a temporary protection order against him, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Michelle Amber Winslow, 43, of 128 D Padlock Mountain Road, Cave Spring, was assaulted by her husband on Tuesday and left to stay with an acquaintance while leaving her children with the husband.

She was charged with felony aggravated stalking and remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
