Man charged with drug possession

A Lindale man was charged early Saturday morning after he was allegedly driving his vehicle under the influence of prescription medication, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Jason Wayne White, 34, of 3111 Maple Road, was charged with a felony count of possession of drugs across the guardline and misdemeanors DUI, drugs not in their original container and driving while his license was suspended.

He remained in jail on Saturday night.
