According to the reports:
Nathan Ashley Bryan, 27, of 1997 Troy Lane, Hokes Bluff, Ala., was discovered next to the former Paul’s Oyster Bar, 2901 Shorter Ave., with jewelry that was stolen from locations in Alabama, including Fort Payne.
Bryan was disposing of some of the jewelry near the closed business.
He was charged with felony counts of theft by receiving stolen property, theft by receiving stolen property stolen in another state and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
