Racheal Danielle Day
According to the reports:
Racheal Danielle Day, 28, of 32 Lynn Drive, was charged with felony counts of first-degree cruelty to children, reckless conduct and battery for offenses that occurred on Tuesday.
Day allegedly used marijuana and methamphetamine in the presence of a minor and also slapped the child in the face, leaving bruises on the face and around the eyes.
She remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
