Berry Angus offers an all-natural beef product with no fillers, hormones, or antibiotics and contains eight times more vitamin B12, six times more zinc and three times more iron than skinless chicken breast. The variety of cuts that will be sold on Saturday include filet mignon, ribeyes, flat iron, chuck roast, London broil, rump roast, cube steak, ground beef, and more. All cuts are first come, first served, so plan to arrive at Lavender Mountain Hardware early.
As a student enterprise, Berry students from an array of disciplines manage and operate Berry Angus. Steers are born and raised on Berry’s 26,000-acre campus and are cared for by the student workers.
