Buddy Bagley is once again getting things in gear for his second annual Ride for Cancer Navigators that he does in honor of his wife Darlene, who is battling cancer.

This year’s motorcycle ride will take place for July 14 starting at 9 a.m. with registration at Logtown on S. Main Street in Adairsville.

In addition to a morning of touring the area on motorcycles, the event will also feature food and drinks, door prizes and some auction items.

Registration is $20 per bike and $30 if riders would like a T-shirt. Passengers’ cost is $10 and includes food and drinks.

Everyone who registers will get a chance to win a $50 gas card, and T-shirts will be on sale for $15 each to help the cause.

Bagley invites riders from all over the region to join in. He asks that riders pre-register so organizers know how many participants to expect. Registration can be done by e-mail at abtransport2003@yahoo.com or by calling or texting Bagley at 770-313-8190.

“Even if you don’t ride, please come out and support us,” Bagley said.
