Two local authors will be signing copies of their books at the Rome Area History Museum on Saturday.

Mary Ann Brock and Elizabeth Wooten will be presenting their new books, both set in Northwest Georgia, from noon to 2 p.m. at the museum.

Brock is debuting and signing copies of her novel “The House on Hawks Hill” a romantic, suspense thriller set in Northwest Georgia. “The House on Hawks’ Hill” has been reviewed as a “charming” read with lots of mysterious plot twists.

Wooten’s latest book is “Roaming Northwest Georgia,” a “seven day tour” through Rome and the surrounding area with history about each place visited.

Refreshments will be served and the public is welcome free of charge. Signed copies of both books will be available for $15 each, with part of the proceeds supporting the Rome Area History Museum.

The museum is located at 305 Broad St.
