Rome man charged with burglary, theft by taking

A Rome man is facing charges of burglary and theft by taking, according to Floyd County Jail records.

According to the records:

Charles Michael Herod, 32, of 1621 Ward Mountain Road, was arrested at about 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Jail officials did not have details of his arrest Wednesday night, Dec. 7.
