On January 18, my mother called very concerned about symptoms my father was having and asked me to pick up his medicine. Something didn’t seem right so I called the doctor’s office. I was on my way to my father’s, but more I tried to hurry, the more things happened to slow me down. I began to pray.

One look and my father and told mother to call 911. I grabbed the blood pressure cuff but it was broken. Again, I prayed for help to get him to the floor. I walked outside and next door where Jeff Richardson and his crew were working and yelled for help. All three men came running and got Dad out of the chair and elevated his feet.

Then a woman walked in the door saying she was a nurse and asked what was going on. She pulled out a blood pressure cuff! I asked her how she knew to come and she said God had sent her. Praise the Lord! He listens and is always on time. Dad spent five days at Redmond Regional Medical Center and is doing fine. We are grateful for everyone’s help and for sending Sharon Seabolt who listened to God’s calm, still voice.

The Lord watches over those who love him, (Psalm 145:20).
