The turning point: After surrendering three runs in the top of the eighth, the Braves answered with a run in the bottom of the

inning to tie the game at 5-5. It stayed that way until the bottom of the 12th when Fernando De Los Santos delivered a two-out, run-scoring single to lift the Braves to the walkoff win.

Who did what for Rome: Elmer Reyes finished with three hits, including a double, and Nick

DeSantiago had a pair of hits and scored a run.

Felix Marte drove in three runs, bringing his season RBI total to 10.

On the mound: The teams combined to use 11

pitchers in the marathon game, including five by the Braves. Cole Rohrbough (1-0) worked the final two innings and earned the win. He allowed one hit with no walks with two strikeouts. Starter Navery Moore went five innings, and allowed two runs on five hits and five walks. He finished with two strikeouts.

Game notes: The game lasted three hours and 36 minutes and was played before a crowd of 3,945.
