Report: Grady Avenue house burns Sunday

A home at 308 Grady Ave. caught fire and burned early Sunday morning, according to a police report.

According to the report:

A neighbor reported seeing smoke and flames in the building. Rome-Floyd firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze which was referred to as a fully involved structure fire. Water lines crossed Calhoun Avenue to reach the fire and the crews finally finished at the property after 3 a.m.
