Police: $995 worth of tools, equipment taken from home and car on Noble Street

A tool set and several pieces of lawn equipment were stolen from an unlocked vehicle and front porch of a home on the 800 block of Noble Street sometime between 11:30 p.m. Monday and 5:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to a Rome police report.

According to the report:

The aviation tool set taken from the vehicle was valued at $700. The lawn items taken from the porch included a Troy Built push mower valued at $200, a Home Lite weed eater valued at $70 and a Pro Source tool set valued at $25.
