NWS warns dry weather, low humidity brook high fire danger

Dry weather and low humidity in the area also brings a higher danger of fire and the National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for our region through Tuesday.

Today's forecast calls for sunny skies and a high near 77 with a low around 44, according to the National Weather Service.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 74. Calm wind becoming northwest between 5 and 10 mph. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 40. North wind around 5 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 67. North wind between 10 and 20 mph.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 69.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 38.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 77.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 47.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 80.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 54.

Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 83.
