The GOAL program was started in 1971 to highlight technical education and recognize students for both their academic and personal accomplishments.
Troy Peco of the Walker campus was the Rick Perkins award winner.
The Perkins award was initiated in 1991 to honor outstanding instructors who have excelled through innovation and leadership in the technical education classroom.
