CEDARTOWN — The case of convicted triggerman Tyson Wilson hit another snag Tuesday as Superior Court Judge Michael Murphy decided to reset the appeal case for later in the summer.

Wilson, who pleaded guilty to the 2008 murder of Rockmart resident Ronny Ferguson and the shooting of two others, is attempting to withdraw his guilty plea.

The district attorney’s office is attempting to work with all the attorneys’ schedules to set a July 27 hearing date. Murphy said he would not set that date until all agree they can make it to court.
