Workers from the City of Rome put the finishing touches on the fountain next to the Rome Area History Museum on Third Avenue after spending time today cleaning it out.

According to worker Matthew Pointer, the fountain had been filled with soap suds sometime overnight. Pointer and Adam Simpson drained out the fountain and refilled it by Thursday afternoon.
