A former Polk County substitute teacher arrested in a child pornography sting last year is out on bond.

Glynn County Assistant District Attorney Jonathan Miller said Edward Keith Kelley, 52, was released by Magistrate Judge Steven Morgan on a property bond against his land in Polk County.
